Your First Challenge: EMOM × 20 Minutes — Every Minute On the Minute
Complete 5 reps of these 5 different bodyweight movements for time. (5 reps – ex 1, 5 reps – ex 2, 5 reps – ex 3, etc.)
- Squats
- Push-ups (or modified push-ups)
- Rows (dumbbell or backpack)
Repeat the 3-exercise cycle for 20 minutes total.
To move on to the next challenge:
- Post a workout selfie in the private A-Team Facebook group, and note the number of rounds completed.
- On your post, complete the prompt: “I told myself _________ when it started getting hard.”
