Your destination
Cape Town sits where two oceans meet β and its food culture reflects that same richness. Color, variety, freshness. Meals here aren't an afterthought. They're intentional.
Today there's no workout. Today is about fueling. Build two meals with intention β and eat one of them somewhere you normally wouldn't. A different room, outside, somewhere that makes the meal feel like an experience rather than a checkbox.

A protein source β chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, beans, tofu

A whole food carb β rice, sweet potato, oats, quinoa, fruit, whole grain bread

At least 2 colors β vegetables, fruit, or both. Make the plate look alive.
