Attend as many classes as you’d like: In our new structure there is no longer a limit to how many classes you can attend each week. Why limit your progress? Come to them all!

More classes every week: We’ve added a fourth class each week to help you see even better results! Classes are now taught on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm, and Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30am.

New workouts: Two days of our traditional metabolic circuit, and now two days of our strength-focused workouts. Build muscle in our strength classes, then use that muscle to torch fat in our metabolic circuits. You are guaranteed to get in the best shape of your life!
